Phillip Livas is a Wide Receiver for the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs Football team. Despite his size at 5’8”, Phillip Livas has proven to be an immense attribute to the Bulldogs.

Starting off his Louisiana Tech career in 2007, Phillip Livas played all twelve games and started in five. Phillip Livas led the team with 504 yards receiving, tied for team lead with three touchdown receptions, averaged 26.4 yards per kickoff retur, returned kick 76 yards for a touchdown in season finale at Nevada and had a career-high 129 yards receiving with numerous other accomplishments. In the 2008 Bulldogs season, Phillip saw action in thirteen games while starting in seven. Phillip Levis was presented with eight awards in the 2008 season, caught a pass in 23 of 25 career games (23 straight), returned a kickoff 97 yards for a Touch Down in the Independence Bowl vs. Northern Illinois, and averaged 25.8 yards per kick return and 15.3 yards per punt return. Phillip Levis was also the third Louisiana Tech Bulldogs player ever to accomplish over 2,000 all-purpose yards in a season.
